Eye in the Sky takes place in 2023 in a fictional Britain where the government made plans to establish cities across the country towards the growing population and have recieved threats from the increasing high level of cyber terrorism from the advanced technology they have been using.

PLOT:

A secret government agency recuit and train a unpopular intelligent college student (named David Broady) who must hunt down a cyber terrorist (named Zharkov) hiding out in Luton who is planning a worldwide cyber attack by using a military satellite weapon he previously hacked.
